Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patient with generalized chronic moderate to severe periodontitis that have at least four sites with 4-6 mm pocket depth in per quadrant; patients aged 30-60 yeas old. Exclusion criteria: patient with particular systemic diseases; patients under treatment with special medication; smokers and patients consume alcohol; patients that received systemic antibiotics during 6 month ago
