Intervention 1: The first Intervention group:after tooth extraction and Ridge width measurement ,1 g of nanobone graft (ARTOSS GmbH company - Germany) with 0.5 mg of alendronite (HAKIM company - Iran)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Need to socket preservation surgery and extraction of incisors and premolar (bilateral) Plaque and gingival bleeding index under 25% and no need periodontal surgery in Intended sites during last 6 months Volunteer for implant placement The patient is over 25 years old In both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existence of periapical lesion Systemic problems Pregnancy Patient affected by malignancy, under radiotherapy and chemotherapy for malignancy in the last 5 years Taking antibiotics in the last 3 months Smoking Molar teeth Use of removable prosthesis Under orthodontic treatment

Width of the ridge (distance between the apex of the buccal bone and palatal). Timepoint: During surgery and 6 month after socket preservation. Method of measurement: by bone gauge in terms of mm.;Inflammation rate. Timepoint: 6 month after socket preservation. Method of measurement: microscope.;Foreign body reaction.
