Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: : 30 patients consume Myrrh capsules( 500 mg TID for 2 weeks). Intervention 2: Control group: 30 patients use placebo starch capsules (500 mg TID for 2 weeks).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: women aged 18-40 years old RPOC 15-50 mm at gestational age of < 20 weeks within 1 month post-abortion period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with anemia More than mild vaginal bleeding Any sign of PID Any past medical disease During lactation More than 2 previous c-section Dissatisfaction about participating

Retained tissue of pregnancy in transvaginal sonography,. Timepoint: Immediately after the end of 14- day period of treatment. Method of measurement: Transvaginal sonography.

MeasureTime frame
Retained tissue. Timepoint: Immediately after the end of 14- day period of treatment. Method of measurement: Trans vaginal sonography.;Vaginal bleeding. Timepoint: Immediately after the end of 14- day period of treatment. Method of measurement: Vaginal bleeding (pad/day).;Pain. Timepoint: Immediately after the end of 14- day period of treatment. Method of measurement: Pain( Visual Analogue Scale).;Pelvic Inflammatory Disease. Timepoint: Immediately after the end of 14- day period of treatment. Method of measurement: Physical examination.
