Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: High risk Singleton pregnancy with history of preterm birth Gestational age between ??-??weeks Short Cervix after cerclage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Evidence of intrauterine infection Patients who not accept pessary insertion or elastography evaluation Multiple pregnancy
