Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Subjects, diabetic patients attending the Diabetes Clinic Sabzevar Inclusion criteria included: willingness to participate in research; Type 2 diabetes; Having diabetes clinic case study sites; Lack of mental retardation; lack of sleep disorders before the onset of diabetes; Lack of sleep medications during the study and the use and reporting are excluded. Having full awareness; listening and speaking ability acceptable to answer questions and they ranged in age from 40 to 65 years. Meanwhile, people either men or women; illiterate or literate; able to work, they can take part in this research. Exclusion criteria: Patients, who are not eligible for the above, plus a history of psychiatric disorders (Schizoid, anxiety, depression, and dementia) or psychiatric hospitalization for the above reasons, if any, are excluded.
