Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Glasgow coma score of 8 and less that is due to trauma; Age between 15 and 65; Hospitalization more than 48 hours ago; Absence ofinflation in both eyelashes and both eyes; Absence of brain death; Absence of Intra cranial hemorrhage (ICH). Exclusion criteria: dissatisfaction of patient family forcontinuance of participation; Transfer of sample to other centers out of Qazvin; Patient death
