Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All staff (doctors, managers, employees, contract services, contractors, official) are the main building of the Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, which are working in the central building after the approval of the plan in the first month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who are not satisfied with entering the study. Those who do not attend a single day visit for any reason. Those who are allergic to any of the ingredients used, including tea or stevia. Those who do not consume tea or do not like the taste of tea. People with upper respiratory tract infections include colds, flu, and sore throat.
