Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children under 7 years of age (before going to school) candidate for tonsillectomy surgery Informed consent of parents to participate in the study Having the ability to communicate verbally
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mental retardation in the child Obvious psychological problems in parents History of previous surgery in the child Vision and movement disorders The presence of cognitive disability and mental illness in the child, as approved by the parents
