Intervention 1: Intervention group: Combination of general anesthesia and spinal anesthesia. Intervention 2: Control group: General anesthesia without spinal anesthesia.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are candidates for spinal fusion surgery ASA class 1 or 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA class more than II Coagulation disorders Local infection of the spine Any relative or absolute contraindication for spinal anesthesia

Hemodynamic changes. Timepoint: The time the patient enters the operating room, after intubation, the time the surgery starts, the time the surgery ends, the time the anesthesia ends, the time the patient leaves the recovery room. Method of measurement: Hemodynamic monitoring device.;Intensity of pain. Timepoint: After the surgery in the recovery room. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.;Nausea and vomiting.
