Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children between 1 - 16 year Axillary temperature > 38.5 c Positive urine culture Pyuria ( > 5 WBC in high power field) in urinalysis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Other associated infections Past history of sensitivity to Montelukast History of antibiotics consumption ( 48 hours before admission) Age 16 years Discontent of parents
