Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ability of writing in Persian language? age range of 18- 35 years? singleton pregnancy? nulliparous status? gestational age of 24 to 32 weeks and no indication of cesarean. Exclusion criteria: no participation in any training sessions and condition added during the pregnancy require cesarean section.
