Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: children and adolescents with body mass index greater than or equal to 95th percentile and between the age of 6-12years old Exclusion criteria: obesity due to genetic syndromes; obesity due to endocrine disorders such as hypothyroidism and Cushing; Children under dieting for weight loss; kidney or liver disease; children who use the supplement
