Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: written consent; at least one year working experience; lack of mental illness; not athlete; BMI=30. Exclusion criteria: VO2MAX = 10.5 ml/kg.min; absence in exercise sessions more than 5 times; financial ruin; divorce or first degree relative of death.
