Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were: having more than 2 month stay in a Nursing home; a willingness to participate in study; Aged 60 to 75 years; having mental and physical; fitness to participate in the interview Exclusion criteria: elder died during the study; lack of effective communication with the elderly for any reason; Psychiatric illness 4. a stroke; Parkinson disease; drug use; history of Alcohol; advanced hearing and vision problems; proven sensory disorders; an IQ below; not wanting to continue working aged; Alzheimer disease
