Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Diabetic patient with diabetic foot who were candidate for lower limb amputation. Exclusion criteria: Lack of consent to participate in the study; Antioxidant supplements such as vitamin C; Neuraxial uplink block is prohibited; End-stage renal disease.
