Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At least 65 years and older the ability to attend class conscious consent to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: have an acute psychiatric problem according to the case

Psychological well-being score in Ryff Questionnaire. Timepoint: Measurement of psychological well-being score before the start of the intervention and immediately after the intervention and two months later. Method of measurement: Ryff Psychological Well-being Questionnaire.
