Intervention 1: normal diet plus honey vinegar syrup, honey vinegar contains of 1000 grams honey and 300 grams vinegar, two tablespoons of honey vinegar with a glass of water, once a day for a month.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: absence of chronic heart, kidney, liver or lung diseases, chronic or acute inflammatory diseases (including acute inflammation of the pancreas, and endocarditis), thyroid dysfunction, heart valve disease, aged between 20 to 40 years, not pregnant or breastfeeding, body mass index between 18.5 and 30, no smoking, not use of fat or blood glucose lowering drugs, or medications affecting appetite at least the previous 6 months, lack of allergy to vinegar, honey or honey vinegar syrup. Exclusion criteria: lack of cooperation in the study or catching an acute illness.
