Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: singleton pregnancy and gestational age of 26-34 weeks. Exclusion criteria: known allergy for betamethazone; history of any known maternal systemic disorders like hypertension, diabetes, liver and cardiac disease, renal failure and neoplasia.
