Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: female with non-specific chronic low back pain for 3 months or more; and pain score of 3 or less on a visual analoge scale. Exclusion criteria: female with neurological signs; breathing problem; arthrities, systemic and metabolic disease; infection; spinal malalignment; former back surgery; pregnancy; vertebral fracture; acute truma; using opiods; unsolved social security.
