Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Endoscopically treated patients over 18 years of age whose infection is confirmed by both RUT and histology tests They are not smokers. Have not yet received Helicobacter eradication treatment Have not taken macrolides in the past 3 months Not be allergic to penicillin No history of stomach cancer or gastrectomy No history of concurrent severe disease or malignancy

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Helicobacter pylori eradication rate. Timepoint: The effect of different drugs in eradicating Helicobacter pylori within 14 days. Method of measurement: The eradication rate will be assessed by UBT six weeks after the end of the treatment course. For six weeks after the end of the treatment, patients will be sent to the laboratory for UBT of Helicobacter pylori and successful eradication will be defined as a negative UBT.

MeasureTime frame
Gastrointestinal symptoms caused by Helicobacter. Timepoint: Gastrointestinal symptoms caused by Helicobacter pylori 6 weeks after treatment with various drugs. Method of measurement: Six weeks after the completion of treatment, the patient will be examined by the doctor and the occurrence of dyspepsia, heartburn, nausea, and vomiting will be examined for each patient and recorded on a form specific to each patient.
