Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria: coronary artery bypass graft surgery was done;Lack of hearing and vision problems;Lack of psychiatric or neurological problems;Having read and write at or above;Not living in elderly care homes exclusion criteria :Not cooperate and refusing to participate in meetings;hospitalization ;Acute complications associated with surgery
