Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : military staff ; Metabolic Syndrome; vitamin D deficiency exclusion criteria: Diabetes ;Thyroid disorders ;Liver disease ;Kidney disease; Pregnancy and lactation ;Developing chronic steatorrhea ;Cholecystectomy ; consumption vitamin D supplementation
