In the study group (n=38) 0.5 % of hyperbaric bupivacaine 10 mg with fentanyl 15 µg during spinal anesthesia in lateral decubitos position is administered.
]n the control group (n=38) 0/5 ofhyperbaric bupivacaine 10 mg with fentanyl 15 µg during spinal anesthesia in sitting position is administered.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In inclusion criteria: aged 18-40 years; scheduled for cesarean section; scheduled for spinal anesthesia Exclusion criteria: gestational age 36 wk; History of systemic (cardiovascular, respiratory, renal , ...) or psychiatric disorders, hypertension(BP> 140/90 mmHG) Allergy to bupivacaine; contraindication for spinal anesthesia; emergency cesarean section, fetal problems(IUGR, Asphyxia,...)
