Interventions

Measurement of physiologic parameters( O2sat , HR , RR) and noise pollution in one week before design program(every day in 3 times ,10-11 am ,19-20 pm ,23-24pm) and Protocol implementation( for a week

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria :1- Gestational Age :30 -34 weeks 2- wt: 1000-2000gr 3- Without any problem except of prematurity 4-Age: 3-5 days old 5-Satisfaction of parents for more research exclusion criteria : : 1-Discharge or Death 2-Poor condition for example sepsis , I.V.H and other Respiratory Disease 3- Dissatisfaction of parents for more research

Physiological parameters. Timepoint: one week before and one,two,three weeks after design program. Method of measurement: 02sat,HRwith pulse oxymetery AND RR with measures of up and down of abdomen.	—

Side effects of noise pollution:1)Effect of physiological index (o2sat,HR,RR): 1)Decrease of o2sat means increase of 02 depend and o2 support. 2) Fluctuation of blood pressure could leading t decrease of ICP & IVH. 3) Disorders of the auditory system. 4) Neurodevelopmental disorders 5) Impairment of immune function(immunesuppress) 6) Behavioral Problems(Crying,Aggitation, Sleep disterbance). 7) Hyperglycemia, Increase of cholesterol , Increased muscle tension. 8) Increased of gastric secretion , Stimulate the adrenal glands, hypophysis and infertility in females .9) Increase of hospitalize , that Means: ? Increased risk of infections ? Heavy health care costs for Families , hospital and government. Timepoint: one week before and one ,two , three weeks after designing program.
