Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: having ability of reading and writing; more than three months of hemodialysis; able to perform the actions described in the pamphlet ; 18 years and older patients Exclusion criteria: lack of willingness or ability to cooperate during the study; diseases that can alter intervention (mental illness, etc.); having medical education, being medical staff either participants or their close relatives.
