Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having cleft lip and palate Lack of any systemic diseases Aged older than 5 years old Ability to chew the tablet

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having any oral surgery during passed 2 months Taking any drug effecting on bacterial growth, such as: antibiotics and cortons Undergoing any treatment interfering with study Using antibacterial mouthwash
