Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients 18- 80 yrs of age; with first acute MI; presenting within first 6 hours from symptom onset Exclusion : LBBB; Pacemaker; cardioversion ; cardiogenic shock and those candidate for rescue PCI or emergency CABG

MeasureTime frame
Enzymatic Infarct Size. Timepoint: First 48 hrs ( every 12 hrs ). Method of measurement: Laboratory Analysis via routine cardiac enzymes kit.
