Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients 18- 80 yrs of age; with first acute MI; presenting within first 6 hours from symptom onset Exclusion : LBBB; Pacemaker; cardioversion ; cardiogenic shock and those candidate for rescue PCI or emergency CABG
