In salpingectomy group using cautery bipolar meso-tube completely sticking to the tube is removed and the tube in cornea is cauterized and is removed
In proximal tubal occlusion method beginning of the uterine tube in cornea is cauterized in three-point with cautery bipolar and it is separated from the uterus with scissors

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Women with infertility and hydrosalpinx; under 40 years of age; FSH<12 mIU/mL Exclusion criteria: smoking; previous history of surgery; endometriosis; autoimmune disease; other causes of female infertility.

The comparison of AMH and FSH serum level in two groups before and after intervention. Timepoint: Before and 3 month after surgery.
