Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients 18 to 65 years old Candidate patients for level 2 and 3 laparoscopic surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Candidate patients for level 1 laparoscopic surgeries such as diagnostic laparoscopy and TL and biopsy Candidate patients for level 4 laparoscopy, such as lymphadenectomy, severe endometriosis and presacral neurectomysevere obesity History of previous intestinal diseases such as colitis and SBI History of multiple previous surgeries Cases of cancer surgery with the possibility of intestinal damage, surgery in cases of severe PID and associated abscesses, and any suspicion of intestinal damage during laparoscopy. severe obesity severe endometriosis surgery
