Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pationts with a BMI between 24 and 30 who have an informed consent for spinal anesthesia for surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of lumbar spine surgery patients with a BMI greater than 30 spainose process are touched hard or do not touch patients who do not have an informed conset patients who have contraindications to spinal anesthesia

Success in spinal anesthesia. Timepoint: spinal anesthesia during surgery. Method of measurement: based on avisual scale VAS.
