18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18-70 years ASA=1,2 According to the American Society of Anesthesiologists Ranking No contraindication or restriction on neck extension, including fractures, tumors, discs, spinal cord injuries, etc. No history of cardiac disease Oral and written consent from patients to participate in the study Opening of the oral cavity by more than 4 cm No previous history of difficult intubation Ability to perform upper lip biting maneuver with lower jaw teeth (ULBT=1) Body mass index less than 35 Thyromental distance more than 4 centimeters.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous history of difficult intubation Anomaly existed in the neck and thyroid. Presence of a large mass or lesion inside the mouth Impaired hemodynamics History of cardiac disease
