Intervention group : After central venous canulation, We will infuse 0.5 liter normal saline serum for patients at 30 minutes, that it has 30 mg/kg Magnesium sulfate ( from 20% solution).
Control group : After central venous canulation, We will infuse 0.5 liter normal saline serum for patients at 30 minutes, that it dose not have anything.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (Age more than 18 years) candidate for elective cardiac surgery; Sinus rhythm; Exclusion criteria: Previous Af rhythm; Redo cardiac surgery; Systolic blood pressure less than 100 mmhg; Recent myocardial infarction with Q-wave (Up to 6 weeks); Urgent Surgery; Multi-organ failure; Patients with heart block and with cardiac pacemaker; Patients under treatment with Amiodarone, Digoxin and Warfarin; Heart rate less than 50 per minute; Central and peripheral nervous system diseases.

Arrhythmia during and after surgery. Timepoint: During surgery and daily after surgery in hospital. Method of measurement: Evaluation of patient Electrocardiography.;Postoperative complications. Timepoint: Daily during postoperative hospital stay. Method of measurement: Questionnaire.
