Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All of the patients that had first Implant surgery and after definite time, the Implant doesnt Osteointegrated or with preImplantitis, preImplant mucositis and gingiva tissue more than 2mm around cover crew or keratinized gingiva isnt enough.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1- amount of tempreture produced while using two different Laser wavelength in second stage of Implant surgery. Timepoint: 1-tempreture: In soft tissue as a primary tempreture(T1) and then after using Laser and past the 10 second(T2) and then 1 min after finishing (T3) with fixed Power: 1 W with continuous mode, and fiber diameter of 400 Micron. 2- pain: The amount of pain in patients 24 hours after surgery with question of them assessment and record. Method of measurement: Tempreture: with thermocouple and base on Centigrade .

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Time: just for analysis tempreture that more than this time may distroy the tissue,. Timepoint: Time: In soft tissue as a primary tempreture(T1) and then after using Laser and past the 10 second(T2) and then 1 min after finishing (T3). The thickness of teh gingival tissue that should be at most 2mm. Method of measurement: Time : base on chronometer and second. The thickness of gingival tissue : periodontal probe.
