Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: GCS = 8; being over 18 and less than 70-year-old; having no direct trauma; intubated patients including mechanical supportive air conditioning; lack of moving eyelid reflection; basic cornea health; no history on cataract operation or glascokma with open or closed angel; not having diabetes or blood pressure; lack of high ICP signs; guardian contentment. Exclusion: increase in consciousness level; showing eyelid movement reflection; need to be revived; extubated patients; no contentment from guardian.
