Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients who are systemically healthy; who are considered to undergo Modified Widman Flap surgery; with vital first molars without mesio-occluso-distal fillings; and without history of or current orthodontic treatment. Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not attend their follow-ups; and the extraction of first molar during the surgery or at the maintenance phase.
