Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age over 60; scored over eight on the lie scale of Coopersmith inventory; lack of cognitive and learning disabilities; willingness to participate in the study Exclusion criteria: unwillingness to participate in the study; any types of cognitive disorders

Self-esteem. Timepoint: immediately, after one month and after three month of the training. Method of measurement: Cooper smith self-esteem questionnaire including 25 question.
