Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: selection criterion includes age 18-60 years, ability to read and speak Persian, not hearing impaired, not having visual, speech and mental impairment and not having other chronic diseases except kidney transplant

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If patients or their family should be a member of the health care personnel.
