Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women and men 18-45 years old Rupture of the medial meniscus based on the doctor's diagnosis confirmed by MRI (up to the last 6 months) At least 2 weeks and at most six months have passed since the meniscus injury A minimum pain intensity score of 3 or more on the Numerical Pain Scale
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Bilateral meniscus tear Rupture of lateral meniscus and ligaments around the knee Any disorder in other joints, spine, lower limbs and ankles, including fractures and pathology in the past year, that affect one's balance Musculoskeletal injuries of lower limbs, pelvis and spine Rheumatic diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, gout) A bucket handle tear confirmed by MRI Participation in the physiotherapy program in the last 3 months Intra-articular injection of the knee in the last 6 months History of previous knee injury or surgery Congenital discoid meniscus Body mass index above 30 Neurological diseases and diabetes Any type of mental illness Walking with a cane or walker
