Intervention 1: In study group: paracetamol 2g into 100 ml normal saline whiten 15 min, 20 min before the end of operation is infused. Intervention 2: In control group: 1g paracetamol into 100 ml norm

20 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ASA class I, II; scheduled for gynecologic laparoscopy; age 20-70 years. Exclusion criteria: laparatomy with laparoscopy; allergy to paracetamol; history of organ system dysfunction( cardiovascular, respiratory, liver, renal, ...); history of psychopathy; history of chronic pain syndrome; pregnancy.
