Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetes mellitus Age 20 to 70 years modified Toronto Clinical Neuropathy Score (mTCNS) above 8
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Non-diabetic neuropathy (thyroid disease, lumbar or cervical radiculopathy and alcoholism) Coagulation disorders Use of anticoagulants Having a diabetic foot ulcer Pregnancy and lactation
