Intervention 1: Case group: hetastarch 6% 7 cc per kilogram of wieght befor starting of surgery. Intervention 2: Control group :Saline 0.9% 7 cc per kilogram of wieght befor starting

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusiom criteria:pationt with orthopedic surgery of lower exrimity under spinal surgery;age 20 to 60 year old;physical status ASA1 ,2 . Exclusion criteria:age under 20 and over 60;contraindication of spinal Anesthesia;Hyperthention Or Hypothention Disease

Heart Rate. Timepoint: Every 5 minute for first time ;Every 10 minute for Second time. Method of measurement: Heart rate for 1 minute.;Blood pressur. Timepoint: Every 5 minute for first time;every 10 minute for second time. Method of measurement: with cuff.;Centeral venous pressur. Timepoint: Every 5 minute for first time ;Every 10 minute for Second time. Method of measurement: with Cathater of centeral venous.
