Intervention 1: The 1st group will receive Vitamin B6 1mg/kg twice a day. Intervention 2: The 3rd group will receive rehydration therapy. Intervention 3: The 2nd group will receive 150 µg/kg ondansetr

The 1st group will receive Vitamin B6 1mg/kg twice a day.

The 3rd group will receive rehydration therapy.

The 2nd group will receive 150 µg/kg ondansetron intravenously.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: children with acute gastroenteritis with mild to moderate dehydration;age range of 1 to 5 years admitted to the emergency children Exclusion criteria: children with Gastro enteritis with severe dehydration;the use of anti-emetic medications before the study.
