Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Graduate of Nursing? Have at least one year of experience in ICU? Willingness to participate in the study. Exclusion criteria: Transfer to other departments during the study?Unwillingness to participate in the study.

MeasureTime frame
The nurses performance in the Intrahospital safe transport. Timepoint: One month before and one month after the intervention in intervention and control groups. Method of measurement: researcher made cheklist.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Reduce the incidence of adverse events. Timepoint: After intervention (test group) and after cheklist application in control group. Method of measurement: Checklist.
