Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Main inclusion criteria: menopausal women with type 2 diabetes; FBS>= 126 mg/dl; not received any form of vitamin D or omega-3; not received drugs that have interaction with vitaminD; participants without diseases in which vitamin D metabolism may changed; fill the testimonal form; following the ADA advices; not usage of insulin. Main exclusion criteria: disobedience of ADA advices; use of insulin; any change in anti-hyperglycemic drugs.
