In this group , Aminophylline will be administered from the first day of birth and will be continued at least for 5 days , if there is any need , the drug will be continue after this period
In this group no methylxanthine therapy will be administered as a prophylaxis during the first 48 hr of life . But after this period the drug can be started according to clinical necessities

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : neonates with the gestational age of 36 weeks or lower; birth weight of equal or lower than 2000 gr exclusion criteria: major congenital anomaly; severe congenital heart disease; discontinuation of drug before 5 days; a clinical necessary for starting a methylxanthine drug during the first 48 hours of life in control group
