Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion: Consent to take part in the study; Treatment with Furosemide; Known case of congestive heart faiure with ejection fraction39 ng/L. Exclusion: 1-Acute heart failure; Vitamine supplementation at the time of first visit; Renal insufficiency (serum creatinine>250 micromol/L; pregnancy.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Ejection fraction increase. Timepoint: 1 month and 3 months after recruitment. Method of measurement: Echocardiography.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in the clinical symtoms. Timepoint: 1 and 3 months after recruitment. Method of measurement: Interview and physical excmination.
