Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: patients between 18 to 65 years old; ASA Class I, II; elective lower abdominal surgery. Exclusion Criteria: History of cardiovascular disease; dyspnea; diabetes;Renal or Hepatic disease or any systemic disease; history of using narcotics; alcohol; anti-convulsive, anti-psychotic and analgesia medications.Patients who had severe pain during surgery that needed to general anesthesia.

Analgesia after lower abdominal surgery. Timepoint: 2hours after spinal blockade until 24 hours. Method of measurement: Pain Score.

Blood Pressure. Timepoint: Minutes:0, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60, 120 hours:6, 12, 18, 24. Method of measurement: Non Invasive BP.;Heart rate. Timepoint: Minutes:0, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60, 120 hours:6, 12, 18, 24. Method of measurement: Pulse Oximetery & ECG.;SPO2. Timepoint: Minutes:0, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60, 120 hours:6, 12, 18, 24. Method of measurement: Pulse Oximetery.;Shivering. Timepoint: Since the beginning of operation to 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Observation & Shivering score.;Nausea & vomiting.
