Inclusion criteria: All patients with renal failure who are candidates for arteriovenous fistula for hemodialysis.

MeasureTime frame
Patency rate of fistula. Timepoint: Two and six months after surgery. Method of measurement: Palpation of thrill.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Steal Syndrome. Timepoint: During 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: physical examination of distal limb.;Primary failure. Timepoint: Immediate after surgery.
