Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age (9-18 years); body mass index (BMI) above 85th centile for age and sex; no hypothyroidism. Exclusion criteria: medical therapy for dyslipidemia; smoking or exposure to tobacco.
