Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: primigravida; BMI between 19/8 -26 kg/m2; substance abuse; no history of acute skin diseases; no use of anticoagulant and antidepressants and antiepileptic drugs. Exclusion criteria: fever; skin genitalia diseases; herbals hypersensitivity; prolonged PROM(more than 18 hours); duration of first stage of labor more than 14 hours; duration of second stage of labor more than 2 hours; duration of third stage of labor more than 1 hour; episiotomy grade 3 and 4.
